Booking form consent (checkbox)
On the public booking form (Free Intro Call scheduler), after choosing a time, clients may enter a phone number and optionally check the following box (unchecked by default; booking can complete without SMS):
Documented CRM consent
Staff may record the same SMS consent on a client record only after the client has given permission. The disclosure language used for that documented consent matches the checkbox text above. SMS is never used for marketing.
